• Students are fully enrolled and stay in their regular SD23 catchment middle/high school cohort for academic classes. They are also enrolled in SD23 eSchool/B3 Academy, ensuring they meet all British Columbia graduation requirements.

• All academics are overseen by their regular SD23 catchment middle/high school teachers, as well as SD23 eSchool Principal Scott Seaborn, providing oversight and support from both SD23 districts.

• The program runs in sync with SD23’s semester system, including breaks and Pro-D days.

• Athletes remain eligible to participate in their home school’s sports teams and events, blending the best of both worlds.

This means your child stays connected to their regular school community/cohort — while benefiting from a far more customized and supportive daily routine.

Instead of squeezing training in after school when they’re already tired, B3 athletes train during the day as part of their schedule, maximizing energy and performance while learning proper recovery techniques. By integrating their training into regular school hours, it allows more time outside of school hours to complete school homework, study for exams, or their other sports/hobby passions.
