At the heart of B3 Elite is our commitment to holistic development. We’re not just focusing on the physical aspects of football; we’re deeply invested in nurturing leadership, character, and life skills. “Our vision with B3 Elite is to sculpt well-rounded individuals who excel in every walk of life, not just on the football field,” says Recently Retired NFL & CFL Player Terrance Plummer II, who will be leading the program, bringing years of professional experience and insights to our athletes.

B3 Elite stands apart by offering a comprehensive development model that includes guest sessions from current top high school players, college standouts, and professional coaches and players. “These sessions are designed to inspire, educate, and instill a strong sense of character and leadership among our young athletes.” says Byron Wilson VP of International Partnerships B3 Better.

Optional Training Sessions for Holistic Development
Recognizing the diverse needs of our athletes, B3 Elite will offer optional speed, agility, and strength and conditioning sessions. “We acknowledge the incredible talent among local trainers. If you’re already working with someone who understands your needs and helps you excel, we encourage you to continue. Our goal is to complement, not replace, the valuable training you’re already receiving,” emphasizes Tyler Booth, Director of B3 Elite.
